Skaros

Totally worth the hike ! Splendid 360 view on top of the cliff. When almost at the top on the west side: carefully climb the arch on it's northern flank . One more metre and you get rewarded, really!

It's not easy, but you can make it to the top if you do a little rock climbing just off the main path on the north-west side. There used to be 200 houses here up until ~1800, crazy!

Amazing walk from Fira to the Skaros Rock (bring extra water and comfortable walking shoes )! To get to the top of Skaros, to climb down, to capture the moments and beauty of sceneries - worth to do!

Be sure to check out the church on the western-most side of the mountain . Incredible view .
