Everything is always excellent here. Just be prepared for a wait during peak hours and a bouyant atmosphere. Not a quiet date spot but amazing food. BYOB & wine list available
Had an amazing seafood dish with crushed tomato sauce and lemon aioli ; highly recommended. Creative and flavorful dishes here and great portion size for the price.
Excellent pasta fagiole ! All three of our entrees were outstanding. One pasta , one fish and one chicken . I don't think you can make a wrong choice. Very Good experience
Some of the most authentic Italian food in Pittsburgh . They welcome off-menu requests - the Chicken Alfredo is excellent.
I loved this place! The ambiance and the food are very classic and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience .
This place never disappoints. Terrific wines , great service....and the pasta dishes are fantastic.
Great for dates or special occasions . The food is okay and overpriced (NYC prices). However, for Pittsburgh, it's definitely way above average and a good option if you're looking for something nice.
They now have a liquor license with cocktail list so you can booze while you enjoy the best Italian food in Pittsburgh !
Try the Mezza Rigatoni it's seasonal and absolutely amazing
Sauteed chicken breast with marsala & grilled beef fillet are delicious. Medium rare. Melts in your mouth. <3 risotto .
Tough to get a table, even when you've got a reservation . Cozy and the food's decent.
A true family owned and operated business. Excellent food & service!
The greens and beans are very very good
Outstanding service . Ravioli melts in your mouth!
Amazing dinner , entertainment, and company.
Really accommodating to small children! Ordered a kid sized penne for my 19 month old and they asked if we wanted it ASAP before our own food!
They take "reservations " which don't guarantee you a table. But awesome food.
Chicken special of the day so far has not didappointed
Try the pumpkin ravioli when its in season, delicious!!
The spaghetti w/ corn , mozzarella & tomatoes is incredible. The flavor combination is good, but the dish is extremely garlicky. You'll be exhaling garlic for hours after eating it. But it's worth it.
Try the daily specials . Service and food are great here.
The best food in all of Pittsburgh. My favorite restaurant by far. I've never ordered a single thing that wasn't enjoyable. Plus, get serenaded one on one by a fantastic Italian singer !
Best place in the city .
Delicious food!
Girasole salad with chicken
If the ribeye is available, definitely get that. Well worth it.
The Mushroom soup is fantastic!!
Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli !!!
Food is overrated. They are OK. So so so hot, and so so so loud . Not a romantic spot for sure!
Basic Italian-american. Not worth a visit at all.
Very unorganized when busy. Be prepared for confusion and chaos
This small and charming restaurant offers the most authentic Italian food in all of Pittsburgh. Perfect for a date night or a get together with friends.- Mandy, Marketing Coordinator
Mezzo Rigatoni ... Good stuff :)
Definitely get the pasta trio. Three different types of pasta (always one ravioli) all you can eat. - Kelli Van ????
Really enjoyed the atmosphere, waitress and the food. - Kathy Kunschner
Chocolate Macadamia Tart was amazing. Craved it for weeks afterward! - Kim
