Come in and grab a glass of the #14, it’s very smooth and floral. Not used to sake ? Order the Frizzante which is just the same but with carbonation. Made from rice locally sourced in the US.
1 Year Nama and the Blue Door. Nama was rich in flavor w/ a bit of sweetness very smooth. I sampled the Blue Door, classic Junmai taste w/ a freshness. Really great offering the best I’ve had so far!
Moromi actively fermenting ???? for when you want some chew in your sake . Can’t go wrong with #14 either.
Ask for the flight to try more variety of sake . Then buy a bottle of the ones you like. Yamahai and Koji Sour are delicious.
awesome sake brewery and flight tastings! they serve snacks also - grilled cheese
Their sake , especially the Number Fourteen, is delicious!
