Service a bit slow but food was delicious - fish of the day and banana bread with peanut butter ice cream ! Staff were nothing but friendly .

Pulse Radio

Great little pub tucked away in Dalston. Some good beats from DJs on Sunday arvo/evenings. Rumour has it some pretty cool Aussies have served behind the bar here.

Matt Thomas

Generous portions of excellent food. The roast pork belly is consistently fantastic! Great atmosphere (especially on Sundays) and friendly staff .

Rhodes Edewor-Thorley

Good selection of gin and beers . great on a sunny afternoon. Food is decent as well .

Joe T

Great vibe, friendly staff and relaxing place to have a few pints with mates away from the hustle and bustle of kingsland.

James Ferguson

Nice little boozer with wide selection of drinks. Outdoor tables perfect for warm days.

Jodie Gallagher

Was previously one of my favourite Sunday roasts but in the past 18 months it's gone downhill a wee bit! Beef was still good, but vegetables a bit bland and overall not what it once was!

Sean Verity

Great bar , not huge but good food and wine !

First sunny Sunday in London and what better way to celebrate than with a roast. Shame the waiter was such an ass. Won't be coming back that quickly.

Gareth Tyrrell

Get the roast... nothing comes close!

Harry Sewell

Friendliest staff in the land! No pretence in an area full of hipster douche bags

Carolina Ribeiro

Nice outside space for sunny days. Not too busy on a saturday afternoon.

Londonist

Head on up to the balcony seating area.

Iain Mullan

Pulse Radio

Pulse Radio loves The Talbot :)

Alex Liddle

Trivial pursuit on the balcony . Great service. Not enough cheeses

Florent Joly

Terrace closes at 10pm :(

Hector Proud

The cheese board is a *bit* of a rip off. Lots of crackers plus three sad, thin, sad slithers of cheap cheese . Nice pub tho.

Richard Fish

Try the hop head as and when it's in

Sam Collins

Steak !

Rob Leggat

Can't believe Keith is still the Mayor!

Stephen Moggan

Don't order a Peroni as it will cost you £1 more than all the other lagers . Food is average but overpriced, better off visiting a local restaurant instead.
