Foods were great, super cheap . 4 menus for under $4, where can you find cheaper foods?
Filthiest Steak 'n Shake I have been to. Four servers just looking over a sea if dirty tables.
Ordered milkshakes . Took forever to get MILKSHAKES and they take it to another table, set it down, guy starts putting his spoon in it and then they try and give it to me afterwards.. wtf..
The worst Steak n'Shake on the face of the planet. They sit there and twiddle their thumbs while the restaurant looks horrible. We waited nearly 5 minutes just to be seated! Go to the Southport Road .
They take forever and are always out of food.
Poor service. Order wrong twice. Fries cold. Staff loud and cussing
Service is terrible, food has gone down hill dramatically.
