I guess when u go thru the drive thru and it says to ring bell for service.. What they actually mean is to get out of the car and walk in and wait 20 addtl minutes
When, at 7:45, you're told 25 minutes, that means that at 8:05 there should be 5 minutes left...not "at least 15-20 minutes." Go to Donatos at 10th & Arlington instead...quicker with better service.
Worst customer service ever.
