Terminal 2 Departure Hall

For first timer who comes to klia2, make sure you come early as the difficult time is to find your departure hall. It has different level halls-K & L. If your hall changed from J to K:15-20 mins walk.

Don't come on time! The terminal is so big & it takes forever for you to walk to the gate you are heading to! Try come an hour or two early so that you can walk with peace & shop shop shop!!! 😊😜💗

A very decent airport . So much better than stuffy LCCT. Need to walk far?? Of course la coz its big. But its very comfortable though..

Nasi Lemak at the food court is quite impressive. Huge portions as well . Worth the price paid.

A lot of food varieties and convenience stores . The area is clean and spacious . Connected with shopping areas allowing those who waiting for arrival or departure to shop.

Please free yourself from smart phones,coins, belt, a pair of shoe (normally shoe for working). Ready all of the items while you are in que and place them all to the blue tray provided immediately

Big airport with a lot off place to eat and shop for last minute before depart to foreign land! But do clear your passport and other 2hrs prior departure as the airport is super big!..safe flight

Musolla @ surau is right beside Gate J in the departure hall. Quite comfortable & spacious .

Chaotic! People blocked the way and thinking it’s a playground here. If possible print all yours boarding passes and baggage tags and proceed straight to the baggage drop off counter!

A huge improvement over the former Warehouse LCCT but be prepared to walk. A lot.

Stop by Soul Chicken for a delicious meal bfr flying, since its located at the departure hall. Honestly a 10 out of 10!

Variety of f&b in the departure zone is truly depressing: only chocolates , instant coffee and sugary sodas . Not a single half decent cafe , juice shop or bar ! Eat & drink before coming here

Selection of shops and dining are quite impressive.. Though the end product of the terminal is such a turn off.chipped tiles..cracked stone work..dying plants..

The walkways are narrow. So start your journey early and use good walking shoes or flat heels as min time to get to your gate is 20 mins

Lots of shops and some places to eat after clearing immigration counters. Queues can be very long at immigration. Give yourself more time to clear!!

There is plenty of walking to do and security check lines can be very long. Should get to the airport 3 hours before flight so you don't have to rush.

Come super early. You have to WALK FAR too get to your departure Hall. ^^

Be there at least 1 hr before departure for international/domestic flight 👍🏼

Free WiFi limited to 3 hrs usage but connection is a bit unstable. Now buggies are transporting passengers from immigration check point to entrance of P-gate or Q-gate.

Make sure you arrive early to depart as the walkways to departing gates are very narrow, hence not possible for u to run to catch ur flight if u are late. Aircon is extremely strong!

Do come early ya, so that you don’t have to rush cos it’s huge and it takes time to reach your gate

Need to change departure hall for third time and delayed for 2 hours. Understand that today ia the first day operation but if it is going to 4th change, it'll be too much! Btw got free wifi for 1hour

Some of the gate is quite far. Please make sure check the gate and allocate some time for walking to the gate.

Prepare 2 pay for everything if you're taking AirAsia (the blanket , pillow , food etc.) . Purposely cut off all the water supply 2 make u buy it on board not worth the penny , go for other airline .

Got buggy. Waiting for 25 mins.... still charging. No one available to ask. So got to walk at the end. When reaching at the luggage place everyone has left. Only thing left is my bag. Buggero...

There are few currency exchanges on the airside. Also free wifi . I don't know if it's limited but I've been surfing for a while now.

Make sure you ask for direction to your departure gate and checkin counters/kiosks as they are not well-directed by signboards. Limited phone charging points are available.

GST Refund Policy: Only accepted forms, which would be given with a bill starts from 300 MYR, by designated shopping venues. Totally a ridiculous policy implementation! Fine. Bye!

Nice atmosphere, but then they should provide the path form of escalator for guest to be easily reached the certain gate door. I couldn't imagine the elder walk in such a long distance.

Jalan sikit laa people...stop complaining so much, if you've been to other airports around the world this should be an easy peasy one. x

Seats just outside toilets . Is that a good place to rest with the odour from the toilet ?

It's a long long walk to the gates. For senior citizens, please use the buggy services .

Among those 10 departure halls that I have been, I like this one the most.

Self check in kiosks that have less people are the ones near the end of the building.

Where are all the chairs for travelers and visitors? And we end up sitting on the floor, trolleys and our luggages...

Folks , get early if your gate is P or Q especially Q21 , Q14 , Q19 which are quite far away !

Variety of food. Even has a supermarket and lots of shopping places.

A great place for some brisk walking, esp if you're flying long haul :)

If you're hungry, be sure to grab a bite before proceeding for immigration/customs. More variety and not over-priced.

Bring your own bottle, there’s coway water refill station at the boarding hall.

Smoking lounge located in between gate J20 & J13... on the K is in between gate K10 & K12...

GST refund counter is at gate L right after immigration. The line can be ling so spare some times before departure.

Plenty of F&B chains here. Travel by ERL is the fastest.

Come early to avoid any rush....it will be longggg walk in this airport !
