20 minute wait, great service & so fast...food was SO FILLING...the cookie with ice cream didn't last long either....gonna have to work out for a week just for tonight lol

Ask for Taneisha - she is great! Friendly and super attentive! Brought extra biscuits without prompting and even asked if I wanted tartar-sauce, etc with my to-go box.

Its always lobster and shrimp season here!!! Try the ultimate feast..... the best!!!!! <3

Im always intriqued by people who work with the public. Karen loved her picture and was curious about me as well . I should eat my food now.

This location has a funky smell, especially in the entrance. Service is slow.

Oh my goodness! It was terrible, they took forever to bring our food, we got our entrees right after we got our salads .... My pasta was kind of dry, my friends pasta was plain (literally)! WORST EVER!

The service was good, and they spoke Spanish. However, the broccoli was super mushy.

Waiter ignores table during lunch took 15 min just to get drinks go to any other red lo ster but this one food was good but service was terrible. I work in the food industry and this is just wrong

The carpets were dirty and smelled. The restrooms were also dirty and not well kept. Service could have been better also. Would not recommend this location

This is the worst service I've ever received, even the manager was of no help. Waiter Donnie was horrible. I do not recommend.

The waiter Cameron sucks... He is not attentive if there is not a big party.
