Originally built in 1949, the Crest has been operating as a neighborhood theatre ever since. Equipped with widescreen capabilities in 1979. So successful were "bargain nights" at the Crest that by the late 1980s, it began running discount programming on a permanent basis.

This place has the best and most attentive staff I've ever experienced at a movie theatre. Triple layered butter on fresh popcorn without asking for it (large size) and everyone smiles at you.
Awesome theatre. What they lack in decor they make up for in customer service! I'd go here over Regal any day.
Awesome prices. Love the bulk candy bar . Fantastic place to take kids.
Great movies for only $3. And usually at least one indie film , or something that wasn't playing in surrounding theaters.
Best movie popcorn I've ever had, and you can't beat $3 movies !
