Packed on a Saturday afternoon, staff was overwhelmed with the amount of people. Buffett was always empty and took forever to restock. Their was no sense of any type of management that was visible

Tuesdays - kids eat free with paying adult. Very cool!
Service was awful. You can hardly get good service anywhere these days.
