Not true the Staff are lovely
Customer service here does not live up to the expectations of the Starbucks business.
The staff today are a little rude.
Yeah, you can get a decent coffee elsewhere, but it's never guaranteed. Consistancy sets Cafe Nero apart. Try the seasonal Praline Latte while its still available, it is incredible. - Chris England
