Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa OC

Clean room , had a crib for our baby as requested. Stayed in King Executive suite, very nice. Trainee staff member on the desk was polite, friendly , helpful. Parking costs extra but easy to get a spot.

I had a pleasant 5 night stay at the Crown Plaza , Costa Mesa! Friendly staff , room was cleaned , and decent breakfast buffet (extra cost). The restaurant staff was kind. Loved the welcome note!

Clean rooms , comfy beds , great location if you have a pet !

If you *need* to get online and have a phone with LTE & tethering, just use that instead of the wifi .

Hotel staff is nice and friendly . But no self laundry, only dry cleaning and dry cleaning is dirty . Quite near to South Coast plz, which is niceeeee for shopping

Habana Cuban restaurant nearby is amazing

In room wireless is not consistent or readily available.

Serving, tending, and wait staff in restaurant have no business in the service industry.
