Experience traditional Czech cuisine and enjoy every bite! While ordering svíčková na smetaně (Marinated Beef Sirloin ) is surely the easy way out (so yummy) there are many marvelous dishes on the menu
Undersized beer for alarming 48Czk. Otherwise nice interior. Try "Pub " close by in Veleslavinova - tap your own beer for reasonable price 38 (happy hours till 18! 0,5l for 31!!!)
The pork knuckle is massive, duck breast is good as well as the salad with fresh cheese , big portions and good value , seems popular among tourists
One of my favorite places in prague, delicious food, like goulash and the ribs , the only bad thing is that the waiters are not very friendly
I took my Korean friends here and they loved it! Good Czech food in the center for reasonable prices, friendly staff , and they have Kingswood cider ! ????
Great place, great beer and great food. Prices are reasonable and service is attentive. It's reasonable to book tables, as usually it is difficult to find free one.
Nice place with a mix of locals and tourists . Tasty food in huge portions ... a half duck really is a half duck ! ... 1200 grams! Good selection of beers , wines and liquors . Relatively friendly service
Traditional mainstream Czech cuisine , good place to bring tourists to. Tasty food & big portions (the pork knuckle is massive ????)
The food is really good especially if you are looking to eat some real nice Czech specialities. The staff could be a bit nicer to non-Czech speaking people, but I still recommend it.
Amazing good traditional food . Be aware it's like a lit of food and you need to make some space :-) if you can enjoy it on the table outside
This restaurant is the Canadian equivalent of the Keg - great food, good service , fresh - drinks you can't go wrong with - but make no mistake - it is the Keg .
Great value for great food! 1 liter beer you need to grab with both hands! It's also a very traditional Czech restaurant
Splendid quality excelent customer service and legitimate prices too. You should also try the exquisite duck which is one of the best czech cuisines in town .
The roasted smoked pork knuckle is superb! Tender and juicy flesh, cooked to perfection. Huge portion too, easily enough for two people
The service and food was excellent. We visited this restaurant back in February of this year, I can not forget Fried pork steak with cold potato salad .
Verry typical meal. Try the duck out of the oven, it is the house spezial: absolut amazing! House breewed beer !
Mixed light and dark beer tastes great, but Pilsner and Master demi-dark special is ordinary. Don't forget to try Kolkovna Wings or Vegetarian Mix.
Great Czech cuisine at reasonable prices! Had good service from a young handsome waiter . Ask for free WiFi login from waiters
Amazing roasted duck . Very nice beer cellar downstairs. Good service . Prague has the best beer in the world. Free wifi .
Everything I had here was good! Traditional czech restaurant , crowded most of the times! :)
Having just arrived from Budapest, gone from sublime to ridiculous. Served goulash with meat straight from the freezer paired with squares of white dough and garlic potato pancakes . Awful!
Great service, food and beer . And the view . A must go in Praha :)
Fancy presentation but no taste whatsoever. And it’s funny that this place is considered good for its big portions . Look at the picture and judge for yourself. Only the pork knee is big (& not good)
This is the first place I visited in Prague and found out its cheaper to buy a beer than any other drink! Decent, large portions of Czech food .
Tried rabbit and duck there. Rabbit dish was delicious. Its sauce was amazing.
stick to Czech food and try that creamy horseradish dip they've got - it's DELICIOUS. also, soup in a bread bowl - what could be better?
Great Traditionell Food and Beer . No Tourist Trap :-) The Tartar Starter is Great.
Best place we've visited in Prague. Try the duck or pork knockle and you wont stay hungry!
Roast duck , Turkey schnitzel are my favourite. Don’t forget to try dark beer .
Czech specialties!!! The platter and and pancake are so delicious
food takes some time but it is worth every passing minute! hands down best wings I've tried outside the US
excellent food! and good price, very original and definitely worth to visit i would say a must
Tasty food but the service MADE me give em 10% as a tip!they said it was recommended and I gave less & they brought the money back and asked more! The waiter grabbed the money in a very bad way #rude
Czech specialities portions are massive! First I ever tried so I cannot compare quality, but I was quite satisfied.
The original is where to go! Really cheap , good beer , traditional food and friendly staff
beer is excellent and service as well !????
staff were extremly rude.. after not leaving any tips because of their rudeness they actual asked for it!!! When we said we were not happy with their service we have been told to go to Mac Donalds..
If you’re not feeling pork knuckle , incredibly tasty wings & grilled Camembert . Skip the corn , though.
Duck is best. Sausage is very good. Beer is top. Very much like munchen baurhaus.
Goulash soop is served with a pretzel . So delicious!
Great place, fantastic food! The semi-dark beer goes great with spicy foods !
Nice place, tasty food and good service , perfect prices!
excellent service, large plates and reasonable prices. what more could you ask for?
Duck & rabbit w/ pilsner urquel ????????
Exellent food, cozy place and friendly staff
Great Czech food at affordable prices . Definitely worth its Michelin ranking. ????????
Authentic Czech food at a reasonable price; an absolute must-try!
MUST try Kolkovna Wings ! Though they are way better at the other Kolkovna at Vitezna street.
One of the cheapest and greatest czech beer restataunts near Staromestska sq. Try Staroczesky talirz - it's plenty of traditional food . And Pilsner , of course:)
They do have a nonsmoking area, which is great! Loved the aquarium!! Food and service were awesome! Prices are good. - Cris Gomes
Probably the best place, the beer is tankovy, which I highly recommend. Also, the prices are fair well, comparing another pubs and restaurants. - Димитър Гарабетов
Not cheap but food is delicious! Stuff is great too, they recomend their day specialities and be very polite ???????? really like this place. Separate smoking areas ???? - Veronika
Very picturesque and beautiful square. The architecture of buildings is amazing. - Dina Kyrtata
Big thanks to James Dean Prague!!! We were on dinner with my girlfriend and I can say only ... excellent !!! Very nice atmosphere, service ..I am looking forward to my next visit:-) - Martin Valach
