Not sure why all the bad tips are about. Been going here all year and I've always gotten my order, made correctly and tasting great. If you're complaining about wait times, you're going at peak times!

Recommend you pack a lunch to last you through the lineups .

They customize your drink properly. I asked for the new Coldbuster Tea , they said it's not on menu yet, but they're willing to make it. And it does what it supposed to do!

Friendly staff , yummy drinks (e.g. holiday drinks) - would be nice if promotion codes could be used here.

Be super specific with your drink and repeat yourself many times. They get busy and don't listen to intently

Take it from someone who's used to regular, speedy Starbucks stores-- this place takes patience. Just be nice.

Least favourite Starbucks. Takes about 20 mins to get your drink and they don't necessary get it right.

the baristas at this location aren't that great, I once found the syrup of my wcm all at the bottom of the drink

Busy location. Miserable staff & incorrect drinks. Glad there's a location here @ York .. But it could use a little boost.

Just opened on Sept 12th & most of the employees are new. Expect to be delayed, have your order skipped, wrong, or not made correctly. With time they'll get better though since it is hectic at York.

Go to Second Cup in York Lanes. Long lineup at times but I find the service is quicker.

Worst customer service ever. I asked for another drink cause there was no foam in my caramel macchiato . The guy remade the drink (not much better), tossed it, and said, "is that better?!"

This is the worst Starbucks in Toronto, they constantly mess the orders up, they never join any promotions, never have banana loaf and do not serve Blond Roast in the afternoon. Boo!

Light Blended doesn't mean I want my frap to be "more crunchy" 
