This Biggby is always understaffed. I don't know what's worse, the slow service or for feeling guilty making one person run around like a maniac. Franchise owners stop being so cheap .
Make sure to taste your coffee before you leave, The new barista's are horrible on the espresso machine! Then refuse to make you a new drink!
