We created Flying Star because we needed fresh, tasty coffee served in a bottomless cup, comfy seats with casual, competent service that didn’t get in your face. Most of all, we wanted a place where dessert was first and the food was something you could really get your taste buds around.

They have both the Beyond and Impossible Burgers . Beyond seems a little healthier. Impossible focuses on being indistinguishable from beef . Both are highly delicious.
Their desserts are pretty incredible but I would have to say thay their sandwiches and milkshakes are my go-to menu items
Fantastic coconut cake . Tasty & filling clam chowder , good expresso .
Nice place to hangout for a rainy afternoon, with books , your computer, a newspaper or just a window seat and some coffee .
The people who work here (at any of the locations) suck at making lattes . They always make the espresso first ... wtf people!? All wrong!
Try the new Thai Steak Salad . It's perfect for to go when you don't want to cook!
Most every menu item is delishus, but be prepared to bring quite a bit of money...

OVERRATED. I still don't understand what people like about this place. Exorbitant prices & food just so-so. Prices here listed as "moderate" but they're not.
