This place is BUSY! Although they were able to help me with same-day service, the wait was long, even though I had an appointment. I was passed from one sales rep to another to another to another :(

If you sit on the seating just outside of the entrance to the Apple Store, you will be able to use their WiFi signal. It's weak but useable... ;)
Pretentious Headquarters! Come make an appointment for a specific time to come and wait even longer at your appointment time.
