Sheraton Dallas Hotel

Good service , rooms are clean . They have a great gym (fitness center ) and an outdoor pool . Very convenient if you are staying in downtown Dallas for business.

Great hotel . Heart of downtown, great proximity to everything, good service . Asked for quietest room, they gave me one on top floor on the opposite end of the side of the building from everyone else.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel . They accommodated my sister and my needs with great willingness and ease. Their staff was wonderful -- from the man at check-in to the server at the restaurant .

It’s a Sheraton. Totally fine. Good facilities etc. Learn the secret passage between towers by going through the Associates corridor. Means you can get from North to Centre towers without the lift.

I stayed here for anime fest 14. Had a great view , nice spacious room , was able to get an extra roll away bed for a friend sharing the room, and customer service was very nice.

Got the Dallas "Brisket " LT for room service , it's actually really really good, and the fries are very fresh and crisp, horseradish pickles are so yummy too :-)

Unbelievable fitness center . Best gym by far I have ever seen in a hotel . 20+ treadmills &.ellipticals , extensive weight machines and free weights. Hotel a little dated. No complimentary room Internet

A very nice hotel !!! I always stay in the Sheraton when traveling! Nice and helpful staff , very well located (great restaurants around, next to the subway etc)

Restrooms on the first floor are nice and tidy and smell great too! Just a tip in case you happen to be just passing through ????

Great staff . Great amenities . The hotel is on the DART so you have access to public transportation if you dont want to take a cab. The pool definitely needs a hot tub !!!!

Close to everything- they have a decent gym with 100 lb dumbbells. ????????????????

The hotel has a skywalk to a mall , and there's plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The service is great, and the concierge is always available. The multiple towers can get confusing though.

Jane Wallace at the registration has the friendliest smile and the most wonderful attitude. Very warm southern hospitality on Day 1.

Forgot to mention that if you ask for the Sheraton Preferred Guest Card you get free wifi and the card is free too.

Even though the staff is doing what they're being paid for, always leave a tip! Courteous and attentive all the way!

Just underwent a giant renovation. Hotel is awesome and has a fresh look.

Massive weight room with 20+ bikes , treadmills , etc. It would rival most Crunch or 24-hour Fitness gyms ... plus there are no trainers getting in your way :)

Tip the person that you register in with and ask if they can upgrade you to one of the suites. Even the jr executive suites are really big and nice.

North Tower rooms are older and smaller. Center tower room was nice. Draft bar food was crappy and expensive . Still was a nice place to stay. Registration staff were very helpful and kind. Thanks

Seems like a good hotel . Lots of space for conferences and meetings.

$30 for a town car to Love Field is just a little more price than a taxi , and much more comfortable .

Rooftop pool on the 4th floor is awesome for pasty visitors. Comfy lounge chairs and cabanas. Pick up the phone and have a mojito delivered!

My second year staying here with snowball express and we love it, have gotten used to the floor plan and don't get lost anymore

Nice rooms very slow front desk staff . Forgot my key in the room and took them about 30 mins to give me new one. Above all very pleased here. But be prepared for at least 30 min check in.

Best gym in a hotel that I have ever seen. The Draft bar and restaurant though is a bit overpriced and the food isn't that good.

Take the skywalk over to the Marriott and you'll find lots of places to eat

Looking for food at NFL Nats? Go across the skyway to the Plaza of the Americas. Way more reasonably priced.

Between my company discount and my SPG points I scored a executive suite for $100 a night and free wine for my anniversary :)

Use self checkin machine - that way you can choose your own room - been able to score nice suite for a regular $80 reservation !

Check in and check out were quite tedious with only 2 people at the counter on the first day of a major conference .

Make sure to check which tower you are in before just going to your floor otherwise you'll get lost

If you select a King bed as your preference & you are Platinum , you will not get upgraded to a suite because they all have 2 queen beds!!!!

Like Wal-Mart, there's a line of about 25 people waiting and only 2 people checking us in....

South Tower internet is spotty to say the least. Center Tower is MUCH better. Need to work? Insist on center tower .

Food is excellent, and the gym is fair .
