Bedok Reservoir

Look big but the circumference is only 4.1km. Jogging along the rocky path may do more harm than good if u wear flat sole shoes . Try take a bigger loop at the outer layer... Longer, hilly but safer.

Featured as one of the "Places with a Dark Past" in The Sunday Times (10 Jan 2016). A spate of suicides and deaths in the reservoir in 2011 and 2012 have given it a dark reputation.

My new fave place to run. Lockers for rent are available at Forest Adventure for a dollar. Showers are free to use at the back of Water Venture.

Jog or brief walk in late afternoon n catch the sunset over the reservoir , really cool..
