2020年4月15日(水)東十条から秋葉原へ移転オープン
ニボコン（醤油 ）¥1500、瓶ビール （中）¥500日曜の昼頃、約60分待ちで入店。夏の風物詩「ニボコン」の原点は、昆布 の旨みの煮干しスープ に香ばしい節の風味。ツルモチ の平打ち麺 の食感も抜群、鴨 チャーしっとり。〆の追い飯 まで計算し尽くされた絶妙な味わい‼️
特製ラーメン には味玉付きます！
開店時間は公式には11:30だけど11:00過ぎに開店と早めてくれる。つけ麺 はラーメン と比べると着丼 は遅い傾向にある。普通のラーメン でも1100円となかなか強気な価格設定だ。
