Cardio equipment has it's own tv and very clean gym . Showers not so much

No, the purple tootsie do not give you super powers but super stomach aches if you eat them before working out.
staff is friendly . if you need dumbbells larger than 60lbs, your out of luck.
Place is vacant early mornings... Great new equipment. Staff is courteous.
Watch Cash Cab on the elliptical machine, great motivation.
