Iwaya Cave is a cave Fujisawa located in Japan.

Two caves for ¥500 entry fee, takes about 30 minutes to go through and look at everything with sufficient time. They make the most of it with lights and signs, the caves itself are not too special.
岩屋そのものは割と地味な感じですが、満潮時の岩壁に打ちつけられる波の迫力は圧巻。この波の力が岩屋を造り出したというのも納得。
昔は空海や日蓮も修行したと言われ、江の島信仰発祥の地として崇められてきました。
入場有料ですが、奥に進むと夏でもクソ涼しいです(鳴沢風穴みたいな感じ(?))

ただの穴だと思いきや…迫力あります。周りの景色も美しいです。最寄りのバス停からちょっと遠い気がします。坂を下りたり登ったりなので、子供さんやお年寄りの方は見に行くのがきついかも。道も山道のような感じで、危ないところがたくさんあります。疲れますが、この絶景を見れば、必ず来てよかったと思える素敵な場所です。 - むむ
