Plenty of seats and never gets crowded . Good place to rest from walking around Vivo. Free wifi too.

Very nice ppl serving...help us look for choco muffin at their kitchen when there was none at the counter.

The staffs they do not prepare an order by queue of buyers and also use coffee powder mix instead of extracted from real coffee bean

Very crowdy at all times. Do not come here to relax and drink coffee / tea . Only come here for a quick coffee fix.

Great service standard! "How may I address you?" Sure is a welcome way than saying "what is your name?"

Too open area , resultinf in people sitting around without buying anything from coffeebean. Real customers have nowhere to sit!

Horrible service! They mixed up orders, took 20mins to settle my payment by coffeebean card and I had to wait 15mins to order my drink when there are only 2 ppl in front of me! Manager is also slow!

Food is bad. Don't eat the cookies . Tea so so. Mocca isn't coffee . Looks like contaminated chocolate .

The service is getting worst... The staff is more concern with his phone than taking my order!

Don't try their Blueberry muffin , it's not tasty :-(
