Had a styrofoam cup. paid my gas and asked the kid if I could fill it. “He told me no they do not allow outside cups to be filled” This is a sanitary concern. Got a 64 cent fountain drink. No biggie.

Many gas pumps are actually available…it’s just people parking their cars at the gas pump and going to browse the store.
