I agree with all the comments about the drive through but it isn't Starbucks fault. I've been going there everyday since the opened (yes I'm addicted) and it's just a poor design. Best coffe in town .

This is a great place with great workers. My only issue with this place is the limited sitting area. Other than that it's a great place to hangout

This is the busiest Starbucks in town . I-85 customers. Tip- if the place is busy you will get brewed coffee or hot tea instantly. That way you don't have to wait long. Get the latte next visit.

In the AM go inSide you will get in and out much easier!! That drive thru is NUTS!!

I love this Starbucks! Friendly and yea maybe the drive thru is a little slower than going in, but I have never gotten the wrong drink!!!!

For the longest time they have been advertising the raspberry swirl pound cake , but didn't actually have it available. Today they finally had some, but it wasn't amazing.

Skip the drive thru .. very long drive thru line around 1 p.m. on Sundays! Longest drive thru line i've ever seen at a starbucks, but very friendly service !

Love their gingerbread lattes in the winter but I wish the employees were a bit nicer. There are a few who are great but a lot who always seem to be grumpy

Woodruff road Starbucks is much better and faster, too!!! The staff is much friendlier on Woodruff also!

This has to be the slowest Sbux location ever!!!! Especially bt 1-2 drive thru atleast 10 min wait! Also could stand to be a tad nicer on the day shift!

This is the worst Sbux I've been to. I have been to a lot of them and even airport Sbux are quicker and friendlier than this one. I prefer the Sbux on N. Pleasentburg, worth the xtra drive.

Make sure you get your treat receipt if its before. 2 pm just ask.

Well they messed up ringing up my lucky dozen free drink, so I got a free dirty chai .

The rudest and slowest Starbucks I have ever been in. Took me 15 minutes one morning to get a coffee when the drive thru was just moving fast.

Pee in toilet , not on floor. It will make other patrons' day more enjoyable

I like the peppermint mocha . I suggest coming in off peak hours due to poor traffic flow in and out of property.

Drive through isn't only slow, you have to repeat your order three times and hope they get it right.

So it says thy is open until 11 pm I just got there ( minutes before 10:30) nobody answer to me at the drive thru so I drove to the window a guy so me there and he didn't care!!

Definitely my least favorite Starbucks... Never clean . Always seems like I am imposing on them...
