The BEST Italian ever. Valter is amazing, ask him to design a meal for you, you'll be glad you did. The lemon angel hair is to die for. EVERYTHING is GOOD here. Best restaurant in Salt Lake City.

Everything was delicious. We had champagne-saffron risotto , homemade lasagna and ravioli , chocolate lava cake , pistachio gelato and more. Valter was welcoming each client like he knew all of them.

Amazing service! The bread is fab. And they brought us bruschetta before the meal & European hot chocolate on the house afterwards. We loves the experience.

Get the table by the kitchen if you can. Ask for the promenade. Let Valter order the whole meal and just go with it. Seriously. It is worth it ... Completely.

One of the best meals I've ever had. Start with the pasta sampler and get the salmon . Haven't stopped thinking about this place and wish Valter would come to NYC.

Definitely save plenty of room for dessert . And then the “mandatory dessert ” after that. I’d definitely come here again because everything was fantastic.
