DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia West

Rooms feel a little dated but very convenient to mall if you are addicted to Dave & Buster's and need a place to crash after all that wild fun!

King suites are huge. Parking is free but breakfast isn’t unless if you’re Hilton Honors Gold or Diamond member .

Comfy bed - standard Doubletree sweet dreams bedding. Hotel and room layout are identical to an Embassy. Microwave and fridge in all suites and separate bedroom and living room. Decent hotel .

Chocolate chip cookie tins available at the front desk even if you're not staying... Ridiculously good for apologies and bribes!

Very friendly staff . Sonya at the front desk is awesome!

Under new mgmt. Slight changes, like a Managers reception on Tuesdays, similar to what embassy suites does. Between dtree and courtyard , go dtree. Courtyard is... Not great.

room is nice but 2 major flaws: wifi signal is dead inside my room, noisy lobby, try to get a room far away from the lobby

Room ok but they offer a free internet that does not connect at all, I tried many ways, called them but did not work

I'm a HHonors Lifetime Diamond member and am very disappointed. My closet door was broken, no hand towels, no wash cloths , and the floor was filthy. I won't be back
