Great location for your stay. Not big on updates to the building. Minor setbacks when walking in the room for the first time but Amazing rates and location on the strip! Definitely would stay again!!!

The worst service I ever seen in Miami. I definitly not coming back to this hotel . It's always money to help the tourist . You can find big cockroaches everywhere you walk

Although the hotel 's façade is widely publicized on postcards because of it's Art Deco & location, it's not all that good. The rooms are decent size & cleanliness, but I hate how the water spills out

Complete rip off. They advertised half off drinks but didn't give us a cent off. Overpriced drinks and food. Unfriendly staff . Easily one of the worst places in south beach .

Food is awful, but if you just come to drink they have ginormous drinks for buy one get one free!

An elderly woman was chased out of her seat. When she asked for a seat to sit down and order, the hostess went “No! Go away! Shoo!” And waved her off. Disgusting place. Won’t be back.

Everybody Said that this is not a good hotel . But do you expected a Sheraton services? Good location this is the most.... After some drinks, who cares about bugs and dirty room........

Just found the biggest cockroach in our bathroom floor about 5 minutes ago

The waiter was cute but her attitude was less then stellar ! The men's restrooms was awful! Smelly and full of gnats and Mosquitos!
