This is the most organized gym you'll find just about anywhere. Everybody re-racks weights properly and strips machines. Place is awesome!
Been to most of the other gyms in the area, if you are a serious no nonsense gym goer... This is the gym for you!
The place to go if you want to pump iron. Squat racks, bumper plates, dumbbells and just about every type of lifting bar imaginable.
Don't be afraid to ask for a spot or advice. If you do, don't make your spotter do all the work.
