I like the staff and vibes. Two complain might you know it before a reservation : 1. Too busy to drop and take your car from valet 2. You’ll use 2 elevators to reach your room !
The hotel was nice, pool views were great but you’ll get lost trying to reach it 😅
The digital art works in the elevator and the colors were amazing.The valet was a bit of a disappointment we were waiting for ages for our car& they parked it in a spot and didn’t tell us where it was

Worst hotel experience in Dubai! And then kept waiting for my room for half an hour when it was actually ready but Bosa didn’t tell me! If i hadnt followed up how long would i have had to wait for!
