The stall holders start prep at 3am (roasting char siew , wrapping dumplings and wantons , cooking the chilli paste ) to serve their customer from 6am. A lot of hard work is behind the delicious plate!
Average serving of WTM but fried wantans were light and fragrant to the bite. U shd order a plate to share
