The park is non functional because it is undergoing Rehab Construction . No waterfront access.

you know there's corruption for that Park redo. Its not even a neighborhood you're kidding me. Pardon my negative connotation but this is offencive.

I don't mean to make negative comments but the transformation is trash everything's fenced-off nothing is accessible you spent all that money on what to fence off a whole neighborhood . Offencive.
