The indoor/outdoor pool is amazing. Water temp is so warm for a pool! The option of being inside when the weather is rough is good. Plenty of chairs, ping pong tables , a snack bar and 2 hot tubs !

The hotel is so big and so beautiful, easy access to ski , inside the hotel is a little bit confused to find places. The people are so gentle and happy. It Is beautiful and funny there.

Just love its design, the hot tub at the balcony while inside you have another one, it's comfortable , warm, illuminated, clean , you get everything you need to be relaxed and satisfied.

Huge, spacious rooms ! They offer a great shuttle service that will take you anywhere in Park City, day or night, including Main Street, Deer Valley, and Park City Resort .

You have to eat at Edge steakhouse . It will be the best meal of your life. The spa is amazing, friendly staff too!

Off season room prices for the luxury suites are amazing! The one bedroom suites have a full kitchen , indoor jacuzzi , living room, washer/dryer balcony . So relaxing and perfect.

Calling housekeeping and scheduling your service was a fantastic option. Very convenient. Also, they asked if you had any special requests or needed any thing. Having them clean on your schedule works

Really great hotel , apartments are super well equipped with full kitchen and top of the line appliances , gas fireplace , stem shower . Super close to the lift and close by stores.

Certainly not the nicest place I have stayed but for the UT resident rate, it's quite nice. I have to completely disagree with all the people who have complained about the service, it's been top notch

Once you figure out the path between the different lodges , which lodge has what amenity, which lodge has access to which parking level and how to get outside, it's not too bad. Only took 3 days or so

Westgate Grill is long gone. Edge Steakhouse is in it's place. They won best of state last year and are up for best of Utah this year a well . Also check out Draft's!

Good equipment storage and delivery both to Canyons slop side or to shuttle/ride for other mountains . Quick valet service . Be prepared to walk, the resort is a bit of a maze. Nicely stocked kitchen

If you're on a budget, spend the extra few dollars on the room with a full kitchen and you can cook in room, saving way more than the upgrade cost.

DO NOT BUY A TIMESHARE HERE! What they say you get and what you end up getting are 2 completely different things. You'll definitely regret purchasing a timeshare .

Calling this place a Maze is not doing it justice. This is something taken from one of the Saw movies and brought into reality... GPS doesn't work, no cell signal in the parking garage ... No people

The Kid's Club is fun for the little ones! Good planned activities.

It would be helpful if the website would list the ski dates. Booked my reservation only to arrive one week after they closed their ski lift.

If you go for the 90 minute time share presentation, plan 3 hours or more.

Staff not too friendly , decent room with terrible bed. Also, the laytout of this place is ridicolus. Oh, get ready to head over to "VIP Services" where you get free cookies and timeshare pitch. Lame

Great resort in Park City

Pissed me off ..to find a pool was an adventure .no clear signs and pool was filthy...

It is a maze...

No HDTV :(

Don't eat at the westgate grill . Their service sucks. Waiter was rude!
