4) order took four minutes once we ordered. 5) chicken sandwich smelled of Henny Penny cleaning solvent and potato was substandard.

Having worked for this franchise for years, I can tell you this store is in violation of several Wendy's policies. 1) waited 8 minutes at register to order and was never greeted even Keisha arrived.

2) service was abrasive. 3) cashier claimed the 10 we paid with was a five, despite our firm statement to the contrary. So (Keisha) she was argumentative.

Place bets with your friends on how accurate your drive through order will be!

These are the most incompetent high school dropouts I have ever come across at a fast food restaurant .

This Wendy's used to be a dump , but they invested a lot into it and now it looks pretty terrific.

I have never received a correct order here, and their receipt printer is always broken. Also, they spelled Baconator incorrectly twice on their sign.

I waited 15 minutes in line just to place an order... how bout you?

Don't expect quick service , be prepared to wait a long time.

Prepare to have your order messed up. Went back to have them fix it and again... Not what I ordered

No greeting or help at the register. The cashier took my order wrong, overcharged me and then ARGUED that I said something different. I get blank stares in return. Manager fixed the problem.

Order four doublestacks and make an octouple for $4

Always take sooooooooooo long to get food

The staff has an attitude problem.

Don't expect rapid service. Or any service for that matter. Staff is rude and impatient when making order selection.
