Good indoor mall but it's busy and there have been some shootings/fights. I'd avoid it at night.
Love h&m however all the employees are incredibly stuck up and snobby. You can now shop online though do that instead!!
I prefer it over east towne . Forever 21, H&M, and Banana Republic .

The customer service at Payless is ridiculous. You either get bombarded by a salesman or receive a negative, pouty attitude from a saleswoman named Nikki.

This whole place smells like burning butter thanks to the Auntie Anne pretzel stand. Seriously, there is no escape.
