Insane crowd. If ure willing to wait in line , do try their pulled beef benedict. Not too shabby pancakes as well , love their flat white but the long black is too acidic/sour. Not sure if worth the hype
Their Cheezy Mr Mac was really good. So was the Impasta and their Popcorn Float! Definitely would come back if I'm around the area.
Tried both I wanna be kaya & their signature big breakfast ! Big portion , good for sharing.???? oh. Super long Q especially during the weekend and pls be reminded that the kitchen closed at 4.30pm. ????
So happy with the staffs . They were so helpful when we wanted to set up balloons & cake for a friend's birthday. Food was okay too altho it's a bit high on the price. But would love to come back ????
Savoury and sweet pancakes a must eat! We tried mushroom , chocoholics and banafogato. Big brekkie is nice, so is mushroom soup , and truffle fries
I find Wizard's salad quite interesting.. It's not your ordinary salad you get at other cafes . This one is sour and a little bit spicy very appetizing . Anyways that's just my preference :))
Love that they have savoury pancakes ! But i tried the prawn bisque and the baked eggs ! Love it! Better than some other places
The food here definitely standout in relative to your usual brunch spot . Do order different food & share among your friends. Crowded during peak hours but absolutely worth the wait & visit.
Tried their Big Breakfast & Impasta , both are satisfying. Hot mocha & ice chocolate are nice. "I wanna be kaya " is under my expectation tho. Love their service & attentive staff .
Besides espresso based coffee (latté , long black), they also have brew coffee (filter coffee in simple terms)! Fusion food - the Inpasta is really worth a try! They also have a variety of pancakes !!!!
If u are craving for some cheese and it's not ur diet day.. Order the Mac and cheese ????. Finish off with Peter Pan pancake
Came twice alrd & the staffs are friendly and the crowd confirms the quality this place offers from food quality to beverage to the place. Worth coming back?? Y E S all the way!
Love the salted caramel muesli cheese cake , but chai latte is not my cup of tea . Make sure u be there before 0430pm before their kitchen is close. Will be back to try their food ????
Parking : Weekend was EZ. Eggs Norwegian(for Keto , omitted the thick French toasts & added on 1/2 Avo(RM6) Taste: Mediocre but willing to give this plc another go with other dishes. V. BZ after 10 AM
Pros:The big breakfast is huge portion , matches the price. Coffee 's pretty good. Cons:Place is still hot & stuffy even with 4 big hp air conds. Parking is freaking EXPENSIVE, carpool here if possible
With nice ambience and ever friendly staff to boot, the quality of food is ok, but can be better. However the small selection of cakes and sweets available are divine. I'll definitely return for more.
ordered triple C baked egg - it is like chilli with eggs and lots of cheese on with it. overall is good. would be better if the eggs were runny.
The barrista is extremely passionate about his coffees . Will be back :-) Chocoholic Anonymous (Guiness ) was okay. Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Cheese Cake was overwhelmed with peanut butter taste.
The staffs were so friendly ! One of them even helped me and my friends took a nice picture hahah! The only let down is the place is very hot and stuffy.. and hope that there are more variety of food!
Big breakfast was B-I-G! Had a choice if ham or beef bacon , chicken or beef sausage and your usual selection of eggs . Heard that weekend crowds are crazy!
The best breakfast spot in Bukit Damansara. Fancy menu with delicious dish. Come and try it, you won’t regret it.
Cheap chai latte (that’s good by the way!) at only RM6, and great brunch food options. The crepe cakes are noteworthy too. Try the Nutella crepe cake !
The mushroom soup ( with truffle oil ) was really good!! Will be back for this!
The beef rendang cottage pie and big breakfast are the bomb. The staffs here are friendly and well attentive in recommending the dishes but it took yonks for the foods to arrived ????
Wouldn't recommend the Peter Pandan . No doubt it's photogenic but the jackfruit overpowered the taste of ice cream and pancake . Chai latte which comes in unique presentation is worth a try :)
Tried their Big Breakfast & Impasta , both are satisfying. Hot mocha & ice chocolate are nice too. However "I wanna be kaya " is under my expectation. Overall are good.
I had a great lunch there with my friend. The food, the environment n the waiters all very friendly , highly recommended to people to try their food n drink there ????
tried another new dish - aspaga-saurus, it's kinda healthy with lots of vegetables and it taste good, portion is good for small eater. https://t.co/ElEjNGXBgH
The big breakfast is huge and yums! Had the triple C baked eggs and also the eggs Norwegian. Thumbs up!
I wanna be kaya french toast is meh. Crunchy on the outside, and plain bread (brioche ?) on the inside. Are there eggs in this recipe?
Hooked (fish&chips) -- the batter used to be crunchy & perfectly seasoned. Now it's soggy & a lil bland. Pulled egg benedict still my fave dish!!
Lovely decor. Bright and airy. Attentive service. Some standard cafe fare with some twists. Priced for the expat crowd but looks like not a problem for the locals either!
Balik Kampung is value for money . Large piece of chicken thigh which is nicely seasoned and topped with fragrant percik sauce. Turmeric rice is very fragrant as well . Posh fries was a total letdown.
Balik kampong and big breakfast is really quite good tho the queue can be long and service can get frizzle.
Very good food and coffee . Service is attentive and with the crowds they are trying their best to maintain service quality. Everyone be patient, it's worth it!
Unique western styled servings and some fusion dish like ayam percik. I tried their oxtail soup with egg spread bread which is good. Good coffee .
Lovely ambiance for a casual brunch meal. Tried the french toast which was mediocre at best, however coffee and the Guiness chocolate cake made it worth a second trip !
Second time here and tried La Bomba and the salmon curry pancake . La Bomba is very flavourful and rich with generous amount of seafood .
Not much of savoury choices offered on menu. Well known for their pancake which is fluffy and good mouthfeel. Recommended to try on Lucky Takoyaki pancake and La Bomba.
Really enjoyed their pancakes . The salmon curry pancake was a bit too salty though. Bonus play area for kids upstairs!
Fallen in love with this place! Would definitely revisit! Coffee is good! Ambience perfect! ????
Beef Rendang cottage pie was bland and a little too heavy on the potato . The Peter Pandan pancake was absolutely divine. Must have! If you have a choice never sit upstairs if you don't like kids.
The Big Breakfast Bash is big enough for two. Huge portion !
Most dish contains beef so it's not exactly menu friendly for me who can't consume beef . I tried mac n cheese . cheese was dry n powdery. I ordered add on turkey ham . It was very salty n dry :/
Finally getting a table here on weekday morning. Gardener 's breakie was pretty good, filling & nicely priced. Good for sharing. Served warm water with sliced lemon .
Having brunch here! Had pulled beef benedict, egg norwegian n 'let's salsa ' pancake . All recommended! :) PS: had to wait more than 30 mins.
Pancakes ! Will recommend the breakfast pancakes which has lots of fruits and granola
Love the drinks and cake here. Food menu is okay but not too awesome. Egg Benedick is prefect ! Nutella cake is fabulous !
Thumbs up for the food and environment will be back for brunch on my next visit
Salmon curry pancake is a miss for us. Can taste the salmon and pancake but the curry need to be stronger and its leaves crispier. Salmon taste overpower the dish.
Good & quick service - food served here is slightly different from the ones you usually get in Publika's outlet - Linsey Yew
