wicked nice. clean , spacious , good selection for breakfast , good customer service...how an airport lounge should be. big windows in the back are great for the sunlight & watching planes take off!

Soups are surprisingly good (use a mug over the paper cups as previously suggested, very hot). Recently added fresh guacamole mixed in front of you but long lines during rush

they seem to take comments & suggestions seriously--they added a lot of stuff since the last time I was here, most of which seems to have been requested on here or yelp, etc.

People of the Club: Use the coffee mugs for the hot soup . They have a handle and it won't burn your hands using the thin paper bowls.

Awesome selection of light foods for those in between flights!! Very clean , bright and quiet offering an opportunity to do some work or just relax and recharge yourself

The soup and snacks . I actually ordered food and the salmon blt salad is amazing and huge!

Avocado toast in the mornings and hand-made guacamole and chips in the afternoon make for nice snacks !

The dressing room inside the women’s restroom makes for a good lactation room.

When you get your complimentary drink, all for a double (if you're so inclined) and don't forget to tip.

There are two USAirways Clubs at Charlotte. This one (at the intersection of the C & D Concourses), and another one located on Concourse B near Gate B3/B5

@American this Club has really gone downhill in the last twelve months. Food is non existent. Drinks are not too good. As an international Business Class traveller, this is extremely disappointing!

Huge club with tons of seating and outlets .

Quiet room is now gone. All the doors have been taken off and signs are gone. There goes the best feature of this club.

If arriving late afternoon be careful not to get in the Lufthansa check in line that they operate from the desk here. Unless you're going on Lufthansa of course :-)

If there are no seats in the front keep going back. Especially during the B club closure.

Great spot to get away from the noise in the main club. Used to be the smoking room so a lot of people don't realize it's here.

One of the biggest and nicest US Air Clubs, they have couches in the extreme rear that offer a place to nap in the quietest portion of the club.

This club location is usually quiet and close to most US Airways connections on Concourse B

Platinum Amex no longer with get free access in late March 2014. Another loss with the usair aa merger#

Why did they get rid of the quiet area ??? That was the only peace in any airport I visit.

Needs better food options. Same junk all the time. Get healthier options . Veggies and fruit . Bagels for breakfast

Very nice club: spacious , clean , and comfortable . No house liquors though and the snacks are lacking.

not family friendly and not comfy to rest with all those old 70s style single hard sofas .. it is good for poor single travellers to feel better that they r in so-called lounge .

they've added a toaster for the bagels ! major improvement since my last visit here in October 2011

Free bud and bud light at bar..and a couple wine selections .. Delta has an edge on the free stuff ...

Quiet room is such a wonderful addition. Tip the bartenders , even tho wine is free.

Always go to the club if a flight cancels and you are a member, no lines !!!

This is easily the worst lounge that I’ve been to in a long time. Only liquid options are from a water dispenser and sandwiches for sale at a machine ????????

No alcohol on Sunday morning... Other than that, good lounge

$7 for hard alcohol . The only club that charges. Take me to the President's Club!
