Nice gym in a mall compared to the outlet at Empire Tower which is in an office bldg. Don't like the Mind and Body studio being designed like a fish tank though. Power yoga class really challenging.
Expensive but if you can afford it it’s worth it. I wouldn’t if my mom didn’t transfer her package to me. Nevertheless, great equipment, lots of classes and facilities. Best on weekends.
Come on weekday afternoons and the weekend and you’ll love how not crowded the place is!
