Not so crowded on weekend (0600-1400) Small but very nice club. One of Fitness First's newest club in Bangkok.

Small gym . Get crowded during after-work peak hours. You have to bring your own towel .

Such a nice view on asoke intersection . No towel . Medium space for all zone. New equipment. Good ambience and nice staffs .

One of the best scenario clubs of Fitness First in Thailand. Small but cozy areas. Pls bring your own towels here.

a Morning Body Jam on Sat @11:00 AM will give you a great start of weekend and make your day. ;D

Compact club but offering many popular classes

Right in the heart of town and in a major shopping center. How cool is that!

It's not platinum ; therefore, no towel service and power plate. The gym is small and only has 1 studio. Limited equipment but machines are newer than older branches. Service was below expectation.

Nothing to say about personal trainer ,no free for help at all. 3First free personal trainning can't get u know every single eqiupments in this gym . If u want to know how to use, pay for thier help.

อาจจะดูว่าแคบและเล็ก แต่ต้องยอมรับว่าเป็นคลับที่วิว 360 องศาสวย. เห็นวิวแยกอโศก เห็นรถไฟฟ้าเห็นไกลถึงสวน เบญจกิติ (สวนสาธารณะ โรงงานยาสูบ) ส่วนเรื่องความสะอาดยกให้พนักงานดูแลดีมาก

อุปกรณ์ทันสมัยมาก บางเครื่องเล่นมีจอมอนิเตอร์ส่วนตัว มีช่องต่อ iPod iPhone สามารถเล่นผ่านจอบนเครื่องได้เลย อุปกรณ์และสถานที่ใหม่เอี่ยม ล็อกเกอร์เป็นแบบ Wireless Keycard เหมือนกับที่สาขาพระราม 9

จุดดี "ใหม่ สะอาด อุปกรณ์ทันสมัย พนักงานอัธยาศัย ดีมาก เดินทางสะดวก" จุดด้อย "สถานที่แคบ อุปกรณ์มีน้อยไปหน่อย" โดยรวม "พอใจ ให้สามดาวครึ่ง"

ห้องน้ำ พนักงานรวมกับห้องน้ำสมาชิก บางทีก็เขินๆนะ เครื่องเล่นมีน้อย บางเครื่องก็ไม่มี โดยรวมก็เป็นสาขาที่น่าเล่น แต่ไม่ควรมาช่วง Prime Time คงต้องต่อคิวเล่นแน่ แต่ที่นี่วิวสวยนะ

Cosmic Cycling Studio ถูกทดแทนด้วย Zone ปั่นจักรยานที่กั้นไว้มุมนึง ไม่แน่ใจเวลาปั่นแล้วเสียงจะดังไปรบกวนผู้อื่นหรือไม่ แต่จักรยานล้ำมาก มีจอส่วนตัวทุกคัน

แต่สมาชิก Passport สาขาอื่นๆที่ใช้ระบบเดิมต้องแลก Keycard ที่ Reception ก่อน ข้อด้อยคือ สถานที่เล็ก ห้อง Group X ต้องรวมกับ Body Studio อีกทั้งไม่มี Hot flow ไม่มีเวทีด้วย

ไปมาสะดวกเพราะมีรถไฟฟ้าผ่าน แต่แคบไปหน่อยไปตอนทุ่มครึ่งล็อกเกอร์เต็มอ่ะ????

จักรยานจะไฮเทคไปไหน

ลืมถุงมือทิ้งไว้ตั้งเดือนยังได้คืน ????

ห้องสตรีมจะมืดไปไหนครับ
