This is a fair lounge . I'm here on New Year's Eve so the staff seem really upset. However, it's a large place with food, beverages and (bonus) an outside terrace where one can smoke!

Fairly basic. I have seen better lounges . They have many place to plug your charger, they would provide you with an adapter if needed.

One of the best lounges in airports across EU: spacious , with big variety of foods ???? & beverages ????. Enough room whether u need to work ????????‍???? or wanna just chill ✌????.

I'd say a decent lounge for its category (PP/contract lounge ). No hot food when I was there, but I assume it's available at lunch and dinner time.Snacks , sandwiches , some fruit , alcohol selection etc

It is quite large and clean . It looks directly to the planes for take off and the sight is relaxing. Food options are limited. Drink options are good.

Good that the lounge has showers . For those traveling long time and having connections in Madrid is super good. Just need to book at the reception and soon they will be calling your name.

That's ok, choice of alco, so so sandwiches and salads , lot of refreshment drinks , comfy sofas and chairs, lot of space

Huge lounge with some beer , wine and crisps. Oh, and one pre packaged sandwich left. 30 minutes free wifi and constant announcements for every flight. Not a VIP experience...

Honestly speaking, the best thing around here are the sofas . The flight announcements are a bit annoying but at least space is generous.

I dont like it. Most of the lounges of star aalliance lounges are far better than here.

Seems recently renovated, it's definitely not as good as Iberia's offering, but a lot better than may lounges out there.

Despite the fantastic views , rather unpleasant experience. Non-stop loud announcement, limited and slow wifi , no choice of snacks , unfriendly staff ... Still like the comfort of the sofas ...

These guys changed the rules and now you can't enter this lounge earlier than 4 hours before your flight. How ridiculous. I had a 10 hours connection and had to stalking around the airport . Awful.

Ask at the front desk for the free wifi access card.

Is very big and the food is basic. Very confortable but the Wifi didn’t works . I had to use the data.

No free wifi , minumum food, newspapers attached to a wooden stick, cheap coffee but proper chairs: a mirror of the spanish crisis.

Large lounge , fridges poorly stocked, not very friendly staff . Still, free beer and juice and 30 mins free wifi . Could be worse, could be so much better.

They have sandwiches available for free, but you have to ask for them.

Terrible Lounge Hot no service no food. If you ask they may bring out a sandwich . Elevator button broken. PC's down. Just 30 min internet. As mentioned just a wonderful experience NOT !!!!!!

Use the paid wi-fi. It will cost you less than your data roaming charges!
