Primo's Gourmet Hotdogs

Really impressed. Food is excellent with some interesting twists on the US staple. Best of all is the service. The older fella is friendly , attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Outstanding

As you would imagine, the hot dogs are incredible! Also though, try some of the breakfast menu , or a Cubano - both are spectacular for flavour! Affordable pricing too!

Tasty hot dogs . Service is quick, "outdoor" seating in the Corn Exchange is great for people watching .

Best hotdog joint in town . Can't go wrong, whatever you choose. Especially on 'dog pound Wednesday' - buy a hot dog and a drink and get another for a pound.

Try the shakes - I recommend Chocolate Moo Moo if you're a chocolate lover! The Picante got dog on a poppy-seed bun is also fantastic!

Omg stunning lunch , great beer and fab service.. route 66 is heaven

Love the Utah with no cheese (I don't like cheese ) as the onions are amazing, real sweet (it's a good thing).

At breakfast try the bacon bagel - matches crispy bacon with a beautiful warm buttery bagel . Superb.

Amazing hot dogs - especially the frankfurter. Fries are awesome too. And lovely staff to boot!

They don't make it obvious until you're sat down but ask for the 10% student discount if you have your student card on you.

The veggie dog is vegan . And it's amazing.

Had a classic cubano and a flat white . Should stick to their gourmet hotdog next time.

Primo's got beer from Brooklyn Brewery & Dixie as of Friday 3rd December. Chilli Cheese Dog washed down with a Brooklyn beer ? Don't mind if I do!!!

Awesome selection of American food and drink! Never heard of Dr Pepper Cherry before!

Try the Picante Gourmet Hotdog with spicy hot jalapeños - it's delicious!

The Classic Chicago and the Mexicana are great.

This place does a mean hot dog . The name kinda gives that away...but you should also try their bagels , the BLT is pretty awesome!

Service goes from one extreme to the other, either someone's hovering over you fussing while you're trying to eat or they bring one person's food out a full 5 minutes after the other. Not cool guys.

Lots of time...? Service can be extremely slow! So much so have stopped going as of today!

Banana latte - sounds unusual but worth trying!

Normally the music here is amazing. But beware the Cliff Richard at Christmas time !

If it's busy walk away, it maybe a hotdog but service can be slow.

Forget the hot dogs come just for the coffee it's great

Checkout Dixie New Orleans beer , not one you come across everyday.

Bit overpriced just for a hotdog . Not much topping either on the special "66". No napkins , paper cups, and we even had to ask for ketchup . We won't back.
