I love this place! Breakfast buffet is really good and affordable ,waiters are very nice and helpful. The lounge area is very quiet ; perfect for business meetings and small get together.????

Make sure to have their cookie when you check-in, also it has a great coffeshop and resturant inside.

Where to start ?! The hotel itself is beautiful in design & ambiance. But the operation of the hotel needs a hell lot of improvement from reception to room cleaning . The location is great. (5/10)

No ease of access front door locked you have to go from the side door hard to open if u have luggage or a wheelchair , Understaffed , Food is great , No heating system , the rooms are extremely cold

The worst service ever.With worst excuses, because we asked for 2 baby cribs before we booked the room & they promised us with it when we checked in 3 a.m. They are saying we only have 1 baby crib!!!

Don’t come! It might look good but the service is terrible, they will keep u waiting for hours & give your room away because they double book their rooms, many ppl were waiting with the same issue ????

Worst iftar buffet . Sambosas, spring rolls kept out of reach and in bad presentation. Bad selection of desserts .tasteless kunafa.main course ok.cakes old,dried.dont try food at this hotel.AVOID.

The Food only, No heating in room , understaffed , long wait time , blocked entrance.
