Nice locker rooms , plenty of cardio equipment. Weight room needs to be bigger with more machines and weights as it can get crowded (but that's true of most gyms ). Good service/staff. We like it here.
Take Jamine's Hip Hop and Zumba classes ! She is amazing! For those who like a little privacy, come in the morning. There are hardly any other people there bright and early!
Very small for a Golds. 530pm - 730pm is the wrong time to go on the week days.
