Mondays and Tuesdays are $5. Make sure you come a little early to get seats and some food and beverage. The set-up is different from traditional movie theaters so it takes a minute to get acclimated.
I loved choosing our seats before we walked in, but the food/drink line area right as you enter is too congested. GREAT concept and we WILL return.
All seats are reserved . I recommend selecting seats in the back row: theaters are small (but very comfortable ) and screens tend to be high on the wall.
A fantastic theatre, leaving me to wonder how can Toronto import this movie experience ? $2.50 for a small popcorn , comfy & clean seats, actual meals delivered to your seat, beer & wine ... Wow.
Assigned seating: Buy your tix online ahead of time so you have a better chance of getting better seats. Bar gets overwhelmed easily, so if grabbing a drink prior, allow some time.
You get to pick your seats when buying tickets! The seats are super comfy and they have a great menu - including hot tea and even lemon
Awesome experience. Reserve the back row for some extra room if you plan on having dinner . Order at the bar before your show begins.
This is the most awesome place to see a movie . Loved the in theater service, the footstools and small seating area. Intimate and cozy .
Neat art theater. One of the more comfortable theaters I've been to. Decent food and drink options too- if a bit pricey
I love that they show indie movies and have sandwiches on top of great popcorn and cocktails !
Cozy , fun way to see a movie . Food was not that great-salty! And treat doesn't quite work. Caramel corn was good!
Best movie theatre in Portland. Order food and they'll deliver it to your cozy seat !
Best theatre I have visited. Nice movies , nice food, not expensive , comfortable . It's a must visit on Portland.
Great selection of indie and mainstream, with a solid menu and nice folks
If you go with a friend, enjoy a few tapas and drinks to share during the movie . The Deviled Eggs and Hummus Plate are choice.
Schedule online to select your seats. Platters delivered to your seat before showtime!
The mezza plate is incredible and it's only $4 for HH Movies for $5 all day Monday and Tuesday .
Grab a beer and some food with your movie . It's also a great place to take a date!
$5 Mondays and Tuesdays are a great incentive to take risks on foreign films you might not think you like.
Awesome quaint theatre...loved it
Come in on a weekday for the lunch time happy hour while you see a movie .
Now this is how you 'movie '. Good beers and tasty snacks !
Plays current indie and foreign films , while you order beer , pizza or any number of things to your cushy seat .
Sandwiches are great. Theater seats are super comfy . Well worth the price.
Everyone is talking about the 5$ movies but what about the 6$ lunch specials , check it out you can get a personal pizza , salad , and Drink for 6 bucks!.. This is better then the food carts any day!
OMG. The Spanish Coffee was amazing. Best I've had yet!!! Dinner was delicious. A very nice place to eat and see a movie .
Make sure to order your food before the show.
Cheap and comfortable with great food. Get the popcorn , of course.
Monday-Friday (except on holidays) 11:30am-3:00pm, items are either $6 or $8
Spinach Artichoke dip is better theater snack food than popcorn and candy .
Happy hour Happy Hour is all I can say haha damn love this place! Awesome customer service :D
Good food and drink. Comfortable seats . Check it out!
Great happy hour and wonderful cafe servers.
Makes you wanna see more movies haha! Comfy seats and beers ????
Small rooms and assigned seats. make sure you arrive early enough (30mins+) to get tickets not in front row
The mezza hummus plate was awesome
Love The porter beer here for any movie
Staff will deliver wine and popcorn straight to your seat.
$5 tickets on Monday and Tuesday !
Happy hour burger is delicious for $5
The concept is good, but don't expect to be able to easily eat with a knife and fork during the show. Personable bartenders making great drinks; food is pretty average.
I encourage to tip all your servers. All of them.
TUESDAY movies for $5? Makes films in theaters worthwhile again...
Best theatre ever!
Wine , beer , and love seats in these theaters
Go see an indie movie on mondays or tuesdays for $5! Great Happy Hour and Digital living room style theaters.
Great value ! Skip the standard movie theaters with the $5 coke and come here for $4.50 beers !
Best place to see 3D, if you're going to shell out $30 might as well be at this awesome venue!
Come after 7pm, see non-R movies without the annoyance of children. What's not to love about that?
monday/tuesday $5 movies !
The coffee here is surprisingly good. They have one of those capsule-based machines, so it's consistent as well. It's no Stumptown, but very good for a cinema. - Ernest Kim
The medium soda is large: 44oz large. They serve Coke products. - Shon D
Such a fun little movie theater in NW Portland. It gets a little crowded on weekends but it's worth it. Arrive with your whole group before the ticket check if you bought online. - Quintein
So many books and so many people which is uplifting to see in this digital age. Old and new books together sit well and you'll be sure to find something you want. Good coffee too. - Caroline Janas
Best pizza in town without getting into the fancy spots. Lots of good variety in their slices. - Marc Charbonneau
Omlette bar on Saturday mornings is amazing, they have fresh veggies and meats! - Emily C
