Customer service in the shoe department sucks. I understand you're busy but at least acknowledge that I've been standing at the checkout for 15 minutes.

It's not Bloomingdale's or Dayton 's.

Wow, Macy's will not match price on exact same product that Herberger's has on sale. BAD business.
