The absolute worst customer service anywhere! I walked around for 30 minutes with no help and then ask for a CSM who never bothered to come to the desk. I walked out and went to Home Depot.
For being a hardware store their bathrooms could use some maintenance.
Worst customer service experience I've ever had at a Lowe's. If you need any help, you're better off doing your own research or braving the drive to the Post Rd Lowe's store.
