Loved working out at 1Rebel! Very attentive and professional instructor that pushes you to give your all. Facilities are impressive. Cold face towels kept in a fridge with lavender scent says it all.

Large space - locker rooms are massive and plenty of showers . £4 smoothies if you get vanilla whey, almond milk and blueberries - similar to the basically air at Barry’s .

One of the better boutique fitness studios I’ve been to. Reshape is akin to Barry’s Bootcamp kind of workouts. Fair warning, facilities are good but it gets very busy in the morning.

45 minute high intensity spin and bootcamp+treadmill classes . Motivating instructors , awesome changing rooms and showers . Free towels and water. Music a bit loud

Very edgy and stylish layout but the classes are still the same as in your usual fitness studio . Shower had no warm water.

Extremely tough classes , great instructors and the best change rooms in town .

Jamal's classes are fantastic. Rumble, Ride & Reshape are all amazing!

Be prepared for a whooping. This is not easy, but if you wanna get fit this is where to go. Very high standard of facilities too.
