Nice facility. Lots of equipment. Very busy at 5:00 pm. Signed up for a 7 day trial. Open 24 hours might work for my schedule. Multiple locations will help.
It's very good to go at night. It's very busy at during the evening.
Best times to come are very early AM or around 2pm
If u need a personal trainer see Gregg York he's awesome and very knowledgeable about fitness
The weights area is always overcrowded. Until they expand that section, it's best to plan for off-hours training .
One of the last remaining places on Earth to not offer free wifi .
It is huge !!! But still need more space for free weights!!!

Don't listen to the bad reviews, it's a great facility. I've never been with a staff member who was rude. It's a gym , come to workout, don't come to bitch. Haters gonna hate ;)
Love this place bed 3 is my favorite
Basketball : they play every game win by 2 to 15, cap 21. If you play competitively, this is not the place.

Tanning packages are cheap and it is always easy to get a bed
Don't join if you plan on using anything beyond the equipment. Service is absolutely terrible. They try to take your money without providing the service for which you paid (spa ). Equipment is good.
Surprisingly not crowded around lunch .
