Unveiled in 1936, the Monument is the work of Baltimore’s Hans Schuler. After studying at the Rinehart School of Sculpture , he traveled to France with fellow artists to continue his studies.

If your not careful you will ride right pass it. I live in the neighbor hood 16 yrs. it needs a little cleaning .
