Parking here is limited to 90 minutes, before the vehicle number plate recognition cameras send a bill in the post for overstaying.

More pleasant here than the other fast food place up the road . Coffee is more here, but Quicker service and quieter . There's still a fried chicken place on the other side if you still want fast food .

This franchise is more expensive than regukar Starbucks. Handy though after a walk in the park

Great place with friendly service . The manager is the star of the show.

Love this starbucks slways friendly staff . You can get a numb behind from the wooden chairs though ;-)

If you want to stay longer than the max 90 mins. Just leave your details at the counter and they will hook it up

Haven't been here for 6 months. I echo others' comments; slow service, uncharismatic staff and coffee is more here than other high st. Starbucks. Normally £1.95 for a tall Americano , but £2.10 here.

Good service friendly staff plenty of parking open till 22.00

It is good place, if you want to get quick coffee without parking up as it is drive thru

I ran over the parking limit, left details as instructed but still given £60 fine, appealed and told i had to produce a receipt after 4 weeks they are having a laugh

This branch needs improvement in their CS skills! And how to make coffees faster ..................................waiting for a latte more than 10+ min is not done ;-(

They take Starbucks card! Don't go to the one Sheraton hotel , they don't accept Starbucks at all!

I'm very disappointed! I love Starbucks coffee . But this is anything but s good coffee !!:( not coming back here again!

With all the glass here, this place really could do with air conditioning .

Can always get a seat

They are very slow at service and with a team of 3 people they struggle a lot for just 3-5 orders.Coffees are often delayed or made wrongly.

Customer service is not the best but I wouldn't mind if the prices were not so high. Higher then usual branches.

this branch needs to train their staff more.Some workers are friendly but some can be very unprofessional & grumpy.

Poor young girl serving shop and drive through on own so had to wait 15mins to be served

They started off ok. Now they can't run a bath. Absolutely terrible.

Not impressed. Slow service, not clean . Barely any customers in.
